Presents the design of heating ventilating and air conditioning systems in which low temperature hot water floor panel heating systems in winter, variable refrigerant volume split air conditioning systems in summer, and central ventilation systems through allyear are adopted. Central supply and exhaust air systems can meet the requirement of energy conservation and reduce the investment, and also eliminate noise from ventilators in guest rooms and dining rooms.
